  • For every two (2) international shipment transaction worth P3,500 each made at any DHL Express ServicePoints, customer is entitled to receive Php 400 worth of Pancake House eCoupon.

 

  • To participate in the promo, customers who have successfully transacted in any DHL Express ServicePoints, or through cash pickup services must register his details at http://simplydhl.com/valendine or scan the QR code in the store poster with their full name, 2 waybill numbers, mobile number and email address.

 

  • Customers who completely registered their details will receive an email notification as proof of their submission to claim the eCoupon

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Promotion runs from 11 to 29 February 2020.

 

  • This promotion will run in all DHL Express ServicePoints and cash pickup services

 

  • The Php 400 Pancake House eCoupon will be awarded to the duly customer recipient via SMS on 14, 21 February and 2 March 2020. eCoupon(s) are valid for one (1) year of use upon receipt of SMS.

  • For lost mobile phones, deleted eCoupon(s) or changes in contact details, customer winners may request to resend previously issued and unclaimed eCoupon(s) through Camille.Muller@dhl.com.

 

  • Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

 

  • DHL Express Philippines shall pay for the 20% tax of the prizes.

 

  • Employees of DHL Express Philippines and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

REDEMPTION

  • Customer must inform the Pancake House personnel the intent to use the eCoupon(s) prior order placement.

 

  • Customer must present the eCoupon(s) at any participating Pancake House stores nationwide within redemption period upon receipt of SMS. Customers without the eCoupon(s) will not be allowed to redeem.

 

  • Redemption of eCoupon(s) is valid up to 1 (one) year upon receipt of SMS.

  • All unredeemed eCoupon(s) outside the redemption period shall be forfeited.

 

  • DHL Express (Philippines) Corp. is authorized to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the redemption process of the eCoupon(s) of Pancake House food items.
