† Terms and conditions of Promotion entry:
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry is by completing requested details and submitting the form at the relevant DHL microsites during the promotional period as outlined in point 3 and meeting the criteria in point 2 below (“Eligible Entry”).

2. Entry is open to all permanent residents of New Zealand over the age of eighteen (18) years who are communicated to by the Promoter in their capacity as an authorised representative of those specific companies (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees and their immediate families of DHL Express (Australia) Pty Ltd, DHL Express (New Zealand) Limited and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promotion commences on Tuesday April 29 2014 at 9.00am (NZT) and concludes on Tuesday 13 May at 17.00pm (NZT) (“Promotional Period”).

4. A submitted survey will count for one (1) entry into the draw (“Prize Draw”), for a chance to win one (1) Westfield Voucher valued at  one thousand dollars (NZD $1000.00) (the “Prize”). The Promotion is limited to one (1) Eligible Entry per Eligible Entrant. Entries will be automatically tracked by the Promoter, and no separate entry by the Eligible Entrant is required.

5. An Eligible Entrant must complete the survey in full and submit it as set out in point 1 above.  The winning entry  will be selected randomly by the Promoter from the total Eligible Entries received during the Promotional Period on Wednesday 14 May the (“Draw Date”) at the Promoter’s premises.  The Prize winner will be notified by email on Thursday 15 May 2014  

6.  In the event that the Prize is not taken by the winner, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner, and the Promoter will draw the next winning entry in accordance with the method outlined in point 5 above to award the Prize.


7. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The Prize value is correct as at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value.

8.  The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by any applicable New Zealand law.

9. All completed surveys become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not sell personal information about Promotion participants. A request to access, update or correct any personal information held by DHL in connection with this Promotion by an Eligible Entrant, should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer, C/- The DHL Legal
